# Revenue Model

XERO AI is a revenue-generating trading protocol.\
Every interaction with our tools — from sniping to launching to bundling — incurs a minimal fee. These fees are collected on every supported chain and converted into $SOL.

#### How It Works

1. **Protocol Fees**\
   Each time a user:
   * Snipes a token via Comment-to-Snipe
   * Launches a token through our Telegram bot
   * Uses bundle automation or branding generation\
     ...a small fee is applied.
2. **Cross-Chain Collection**\
   Fees are collected across all chains we support — including Solana, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Base, and Sui.
3. **Fee Conversion**\
   Regardless of which chain the fee originates from, it is automatically converted into $SOL.
4. **ETH Distribution to $XERAI Holders**\
   Converted $ETH is distributed proportionally to holders of the $XERAI token.
   * No staking required
   * No locking
   * Passive, on-chain revenue
   * Fully transparent

#### The Result

Holding $XERAI means owning a piece of the protocol’s revenue — in $SOL.\
This aligns incentives across the ecosystem: the more the protocol is used, the more value flows back to holders.
